The Certificate I in Access to Vocational Pathways provides students with the foundation skills needed to access a vocational learning pathway.
The core units focus on building skills in the use of digital technology in the workplace, the use of whole numbers and money for work, engaging in basic workplace exchanges and reading, writing and responding to basic workplace information.
The qualification is suitable for individuals who require:
- A prevocational pathway to employment and vocational training
- Reading, writing, numeracy, oral communication and learning skills at Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) Level 1
- Entry level digital technology and employability skills.
The Certificate I in Access to Vocational Pathways is delivered in training intervals to suit individual student requirements.
To obtain this qualification students must successfully complete the required assessment tasks.
