This skill set addresses the skills and knowledge required to identify foundation skill demands in nationally recognised training products and integrate the appropriate support, which may be in a workplace, learning or assessment context.
This skill set is for vocational education and training (VET) teachers, trainers and assessors who use a range of technical and training competencies to integrate awareness of foundation skills requirements into their training and assessment.
Upon successful completion of assessment task(s) students will be awarded a Statement of Attainment for units: TAELLN421 Integrate core skills support into training and assessment, TAELLN422 Use foundation skills resources, strategies and advice, TAELLN423 Integrate employability skills support into training and assessment.
